The commanders represent test, training, and operational ranges. They also share their corporate expertise for the good of the entire community. The commanders reach out to facilitate accurate and timely communications. They commit resources (staffing and funding) to sustain the RCC. They also provide a forum for resolving issues critical to the survival of the ranges.
